Job Title : Business / Systems Analyst II

Type of Engagement : 12-month contract, possible to extend. (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)

Job Overview :

The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Performs complex gap analyses across regulatory or other requirements in technical domains such as AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and cloud
• Gathers requirements from internal stakeholders and translates those into analysis, reports, and dashboards to help produce data driven contributions for our business
• Track and analyze policy-, industry-, and regulatory-related issues
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member

Required Skills & Experience :

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Database knowledge and skills
• Minimum 2-4 years Familiarity with AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and privacy.
• Minimum 2-4 years Knowledge or familiarity with standards, regulations, and policy.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
• 2-4 years experience
• Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions
• Ability to build simple relational databases, some knowledge of SQL server
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to solve technical problems / processes and understand complex details
• Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions

Big Bonus Points if you have :

• Experience or a background in audit, certification, and conformity assessment
• Experience performing complex gap analyses across regulatory or other requirements in technical domains
• Experience with international standards such as ISO / IEC 27001, 27701, 9001, 42001, NIST 800-53, etc.
• Knowledge of / familiarity with domains such as AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and privacy

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $38.30 - $43.30 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
