Salary :
The yearly salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000, inclusive of base salary and commissions.
Qualifications and Skills :
A Bachelor's degree is desirable
A strong desire and capability to acquire your Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses is essential.

Responsibilities
In this role of, you will interact directly with our clients, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives and exploring how our services can assist them in realizing these objectives.
Your duties will encompass :
- Initiating conversations with clients about various insurance coverages
- Championing for clients by posing challenging questions that can alter their future
- Addressing client concerns utilizing our carrier resources
- Proposing appropriate solutions to clients upon licensure
- Collaborating in a team-oriented setting with a focus on surpassing the anticipations of our agents, advisors, clients, and management team
- Engaging in our performance-based culture that empowers employees to take control of their career progression
- Taking on special assignments as needed

- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge to problem solve, cross-sell, and upsell during each client call
- Passion for helping clients find the right solution to meet their needs
