Facility : Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring adherence to all regulations and guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and update nursing policies and procedures to align with the best practices.
- Participate in the facility’s quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Assist with facility surveys and inspections conducted by authorized agencies.
- Perform daily rounds to monitor staff performance and care quality.
- Address and resolve staff complaints and grievances professionally and promptly.
Qualifications :
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care with managerial responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage nursing operations effectively.
