Staff4Me is currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both English and Navajo-speaking customers.

- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Navajo (spoken and written).
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
