POWDER COAT PAINTER (2nd shift Monday-Thursday)

Wage : Up to $19 / hour based on experience

SCHEDULE :

  • 4-Day WORKWEEK!
  • 3-Day Weekend!
  • 10-Hour Shifts
  • Monday-Thursday
  • Voluntary Overtime

JOB PURPOSE :

Prepares paint and products to be painted, sprays surfaces of manufactured products with powder paint, and maintains equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Applies powder to raw parts using manual guns to achieve proper coverage
  • Sets ovens to temperature specifications
  • Performs basic maintenance on spray guns
  • Clean and set up guns and hoppers during color changes
  • Records all powder usage
  • Visually inspect parts for obvious defects or missing maskings
  • Helps in other areas of the paint line as needed
