Job Title : RN - PACU - Travel
Job Location : Moreno Valley, CA
Job Duration : 3 Months+
Shift : 4x10 weekly, 12 : 00 pm to 10 : 30 pm
Pay range : $3500 to $3700 / Week. on W2
Job responsibilities :
Assesses patients’ admission within specified time limits include consideration of physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Reassess each patient’s health needs whenever warranted by the patients’ condition and at least every shift utilizing the nursing processes after obtaining a systematic database.
Reviews and updates the plan care for each assigned patient utilizing data obtained from reassessments.
Administers Ral, typical the parental medications utilizing the 7 rights.
Assesses and documents effectiveness / untoward effects of medications and treatments.
Performs treatments and procedures with consideration of common nursing practice, hospital policy and procedure, sterile technique, standard precautions, and patient privacy.
Documents response is and addresses pain management, discharge planning needs, education, and progress towards gals.
Educates patient / family-based his / her assessed needs and uses Kramer where appropriate.
Interprets analyzes diagnostic data, reports, and intervenes appropriately.
Promptly communicate change in patients’ clinical condition physicians and the health care team members as appropriate.
Demonstrates consideration of patient rights including confidentiality, safety, and patient participation in plan care
Evaluates and documents patient care provided and the effectiveness of patient teaching.
Participates in multidisciplinary care planning.
Demonstrates knowledge of blood transfusion policy and documentation
Understand the Chain of Command and accesses it appropriately.
Washes hand before and after each patient contact

ACLS - AHA
BLS - AHA
CA RN
PALS - AHA
Skills :
Qualifications - Tw years recent experience in PACU and would like 2 years Critical Care experience from ED, ICU.
Current BLS, PALS and ACLS Certification.
Current California License
Must have ICU experience
Education : RN PACU
RN PACU
Need Critical Care experience (ICU)
Need flexible with shift willing to cover night, weekends, holidays, if necessary.
