Job Title : Mental Health Coordinator
Job Specialty : LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Job Duration : 12 weeks initial duration (or 8 weeks for candidates without active clearance)
Shift : Days
Guaranteed Hours : 40.00 hours per week
Experience : Five years of clinical experience, including two years in a comparable job position
License : Must possess appropriate LPC, LCSW, LMFT licensing in the state where practice occurs
Certifications : ICE Clearance required (estimated 4-6 weeks), US Citizenship required for clearance
Must-Have : Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area
Job Description :
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews.
- Provide treatment to individuals by developing, implementing, and modifying personalized treatment plans.
- Document treatment and evaluation activities in healthcare records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques.
- Provide appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address individual needs.
- Maintain a valid driver's license, unless required otherwise by contract or applicable statute.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
This position can also be filled by a psychologist; please see the other requirements for psychologist submittals. Minimum age requirement for this position is 18 years.
