We are hiring a full-time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) in Minneapolis, MN . In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

What you'll do :
In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
- Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
- Sourcing parts
- Assist in generating sales
- Help in the stockroom as needed
Requirements :
- 6+ months customer service or inside sales experience
- Attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
- Basic computer / Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
