Hampton Ridge Healthcare & Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with our facility.

This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the quality of care we offer.Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about services, procedures, and policies to patients and their families.
  • Assist patients and visitors with navigation within the facility, including directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns by working with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with patients and their families.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns are addressed and that they are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff and management to improve patient experiences and customer service processes.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and processing patient admissions when necessary.
  • Ensure that the front desk is always clean, organized, and welcoming.Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in healthcare or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic office software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A patient and empathetic demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and practices is beneficial but not required.
