Position Overview :

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects.

This is an onsite role based in New Brunswick, NJ . Candidates must be willing to work at our office location.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and consultants, to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed to mitigate potential impacts on project timelines and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Identify and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle, and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate feedback into future project planning and execution.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
