Program Manager II

A company is looking for a Program Manager II - Customer Success Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Support program execution by partnering with Senior Program Managers to track milestones and surface risks

Analyze and report outcomes by defining KPIs and delivering insights through dashboards

Coordinate cross-functional work by managing meetings and communications across various teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

3-5 years in project management, program management, sales operations, or business analysis

Exposure to cross-functional program work and stakeholder communication

Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Sheets and basic data tools

Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating across time zones
