The Role

The Project Manager works to define project deliverables, forecast time, align resources, develop client relationships, and ensure that client expectations are exceeded.

You will interact with multiple clients to discuss a variety of service delivery needs, expectations and AE’s capabilities including post-delivery wrap-up and client survey of critical projects.

A Day in the Life

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that quality program / project standards are met through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate project expectations and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion.
• Plan, schedule, and track project resources, timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Conduct project postmortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Prepare and review Statements of Work.
• Provide input in RFPs focusing on planning and implementation requirements.
• Support the delivery team as they plan and manage multiple projects to successful completion while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support the AE sales team when necessary.
• Responsible for representing the company at networking functions, meetings, and industry marketing events.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 Years of experience in Project Management.
• Demonstrated competency in the execution of multiple projects, including managing resources across multiple projects to meet goals
• Supervisory experience with leadership and management skills
• Experience in financial management in the areas of budget, cost control and cost reduction measures
• Understanding of operations best practices, including performance measurement, capacity planning, and all aspects of operational processes
• Forward thinking with process improvement in mind and the ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in fostering and maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure processes are integrated to support and manage customer satisfaction levels
• Flexibility and Adaptability; able to thrive in ambiguous situations
• Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Strong team player with skills and ability to develop collaborative relationships across multiple teams to influence and drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, while sustaining high performance standards
• Experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors;

ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives
