Responsibilities :
- Answer customer service calls for companies across the country, using both the Spanish and English languages
- Handle inbound calls including taking messages, entering orders for products, dispatching service technicians, and scheduling appointments
- Ensure expert level customer service is received on every call
- Document all call results into systems
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- Spanish fluency required
- One year of telephone, computer, and internet navigation experience
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Strong grammar and written and oral communication skills
