Job Overview :
Assist in providing end user support and technical troubleshooting.
Description of Job Duty :
- Assist with diagnosing computer problems and provides technical support
- Assist with configuring of end-user hardware
- Assist with various IT projects
- Employee has the obligation, set forth by the Summit County Public Health Emergency Operations
Plan and within the scope of their employment, and will be available for emergency during routine and
non-routine hours of operation including 24 / 7 / 365 availability.
Required Qualifications :
Qualified applicants should be pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a
related field or be a recent graduate seeking practical experience in the field
Preferred Qualifications :
- Hardware troubleshooting experience
- Windows operating system experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Strong organization and problem solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other
agencies, and the public.
- Integrity, sense of responsibility, independent judgment
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately both verbally and in writing.
