Client Service Representative - Entry Level
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Entry Level Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in client service and support.
Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Offer detailed information about our products and services, helping clients understand features, benefits, and options. Identify and troubleshoot client issues, providing effective solutions and escalating complex problems to senior team members or management as needed.
Assist clients with order processing, account management, and other service-related tasks. Ensure all client requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions. Prepare reports as needed for management review.
Gather client feedback and relay information to management for service improvement. Help identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Perform administrative tasks related to client service operations, such as updating client records, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
No prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about client service and eager to learn.
Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
