We are searching for a motivated Manager of Emergency Services in an acute care facility in Ocala, Florida!
Job Summary
The Manager of Emergency Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit / department.
The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies / procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 3-5+ years of acute care ED RN experience & 2-3 years of ED acute care Charge / Supervisor / Manager experience Required!!
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
Salary Base : $90K-$115 K- Yearly Bonus
