The ideal candidate will be responsible for entry of bills received into QBO and Bill.com. Various reporting obligations, ensuring all bills are paid on-time.

Comfortable to make outbound collection calls and emails. Self-starter that has experience with office managerial and personal assisting senior executives.

The candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, quick books, bookkeeping and office administration.

Looking for a candidate that has also done executive assisting, personal task completion, and or has been an office manager of a company with more than 5 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Create and present financial results and recommendations to CEO
  • Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital
  • Ensure Bills are paid promptly
  • Manage Budget to actuals and alerting CEO of differences

Qualifications

APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCAL TO MIAMI- NO REMOTE WORK OPTION-

  • Strong Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Bookkeeping, preparing and understanding the story financial statements say about the operations of the business.
  • preference for those having worked in construction companies or similar trade companies in similar roles.
