The main essential functions of this position will be for a licensed plumber to perform plumbing tasks related to new construction, residential, homes.
The focus will be "rough-in" plumbing on slab and basement homes, but will also potentially include ground work, water / sewer line installation, and finish work.
In additional to new construction plumbing, there also may be general plumbing service tasks.
Compensation is based on "piece work" commission, with an hourly rate as a base for PTO purposes.
