As Product Marketing Senior Manager of AI & Cloud, you’ll lead messaging, content creations and go-to-market execution for Pega’s foundational AI and cloud capabilities. You’ll translate technical depth into compelling value, drive launch excellence across channels, and shape competitive positioning in hyperscaler ecosystems. You’ll define and track KPIs like cloud ACV, GenAI adoption, and customer satisfaction—ensuring insights drive product and field success.

• Messaging & Positioning : Own persona-based messaging for security, compliance, and architecture across all channels.
• Launch Execution : Lead GTM orchestration for foundational capabilities—ensuring smooth sales, enablement, and adoption.
• Competitive Intelligence : Benchmark hyperscaler and AI competitors; deliver actionable insights for product and field teams.
• Metrics & Scorecards : Track KPIs to inform roadmap, improve delivery, and enhance customer experience.
• Program Support : Communicate cross-functional changes (e.g., migrations, deprecations) with clarity and empathy.
