Position Overview

As a key member of the Precision Watches marketing team, you will lead the execution and optimization of our digital strategy across all channels. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of high-performance paid media campaigns and digital initiatives. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid search, display, social, and video advertising — while ensuring that all campaigns align with our brand’s luxury positioning and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include managing multi-platform campaigns, overseeing website and content direction, analyzing performance data, and collaborating closely with creative, content, and development teams to refine the customer journey. The ideal candidate has a strong background in paid media, website management, and digital analytics, with a proven ability to translate insights into meaningful business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Microsoft, YouTube, and other paid social platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies for Performance Max, Shopping campaigns, Search, Display, Video, and Paid Social to drive measurable ROI.
  • Build, manage, and scale high-budget campaigns with a focus on lead generation, e-commerce, and full-funnel growth.
  • Oversee audience segmentation, retargeting, and remarketing flows across search and social ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics, attribution models, and platform analytics, providing actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and digital media trends to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Report results and recommendations to executive leadership, highlighting revenue impact and scalability.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in paid media management, with strong expertise in paid search.
  • Proven mastery of Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Display, YouTube, Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads), and other relevant paid platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; expertise in Google Analytics, tracking, and data-driven optimizations.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns, driving revenue growth, and optimizing for ROI.
  • Experience developing strategies for both lead generation and e-commerce.
  • Luxury retail, watches, or jewelry industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration, remarketing funnels, and full-funnel digital strategy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-department collaboration skills.
