Well-known Insurance agency looking for caring individuals to work with clients and sales team. Full-time and part-time CSR.
This is a hourly / commission paid position. We will provide proper training and basic CA insurance knowledge. Will have future promotion opportunities.
Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to :
- Help clients make timely payments on renewals.
- Submit required docs to headquarters.
- Assist clients to submit claims.
- Help make changes on insurance Coverages Qualifications :
- Must be 18+
- Must be 18+
- People-oriented
- Coachable
- Self-motivated
- Bilingual (mandarin / Spanish)
- Past costumer experience is a plus
