Pharmacy Technicians / Trainees needed in Keller, TX
Job Description :
- Review contents of referral to ensure complete and accurate information received
- Create patient profile from a scan or fax image by entering correct patient and provider information
- Conduct initial check of prescription to ensure clinical accuracy for processing
- Communicate with provider regarding referral status, prescription clarification, missing information, or patient concerns
- Update concise progress notes to ensure other roles within the workflow can quickly assess the status of referral
- Enter in new provider information
Pay : 19.00-21.00 USD Hourly
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM or 10 : 00am - 7 : 00pm CST
Certification / Skills :
- 2 years of Pharmacy Technician Experience
- Active TSBP Pharmacy Technician Certification or Trainee Certification
