About The Position
Opportunity Details
Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southeastern Virginia with an opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum Neurosurgery coverage.
About the Opportunity :
- Schedule : Monday-Sunday, 7p-7a, 7 on / 7 off
- No call shifts
- Setting : Inpatient, multiple possible locations
- Patient Volume : 20-30 per day or 8-15 per day
- Patient Population : Trauma (spine and crani), elective spine, elective crani
- Skills Needed : Drain removal, shunt adjustment, trauma / practice call
- Team : 8 MDs, 9 APPs
- EMR : Epic
- Board-certification required
- Paid travel & expenses
