California Department of Human Resources is seeking a Legal Assistant in our Legal Division to assist our team of Labor and Employment Attorneys.

Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Legal Assistantperforms a broad range of the more routine paraprofessional duties.

The Legal Assistant mustbe able to effectively carry out assigned tasks with minimal supervision, be able to workindependently or in a team environment, have strong communication skills, and work well underpressure when meeting short deadlines.

Special Requirements
