    • Your Impact : Role Overview

    As Contracts & Quoting Manager , you’ll be the bridge between customer needs and operational excellence — managing the end-to-end quoting, proposal, and contract administration process.

    This role plays a key part in driving order capture and ensuring accurate, timely communication across customers and internal teams.

    You will :

  • Own and improve the quote-to-order process from RFQ receipt to contract review
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and quality to ensure accurate and timely quotes
  • Maintain catalog pricing and manage quotes for repeat items
  • Serve as a customer liaison , ensuring strong communication throughout the quoting process
  • Oversee ERP order entry and maintain consistent data integrity
  • Manage customer PO revisions, including drawings, quantities, and shipping updates
  • Continuously refine quoting workflows and KPIs for improved efficiency

    • What You Bring

    Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in quoting, contracts, or sales operations within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with customer-facing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting aerospace or defense programs
  • Familiarity with ERP / MRP systems such as ProShop, E2, or similar
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
  • Knowledge of government quoting, FAR / DFARS , or catalog pricing

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $110,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer contribution)

    • Additional Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder) in compliance with U.S. export control (ITAR) regulations
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed to meet program deadlines
