Job Type : Full-time

Pay Rate :

  • 12-29 months experience : $0.70 / mile (with Hazmat), $0.67 / mile (without Hazmat)
  • 30+ months experience : $0.72 / mile (with Hazmat), $0.69 / mile (without Hazmat)

Initial Sign On Bonus of $1,475 (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $1,300

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team for full truckload dry van deliveries. These positions offer competitive pay, extensive bonuses, and a structured schedule of 21 days on the road followed by 7 days at home.

Drivers are required to park their trucks at a designated terminal, with company-provided travel for home time.

Additional Pay and Raises :

0-100 $0.35

101-400 $0.25

  • Loaded Miles Onlv. non-relaved loads
  • CSA Safety Bonus opportunity every 90 davs, $875 (if vou are Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours Paid

Time Off

  • On-Road Safety Bonus opportunity of $600 every 90 days
  • Anniversary bonus or $100 for each ear or continuous service, daid annuallv
  • Detention Dav atter on I hour
  • Satety-based raises at designated mileage intervals, to a high cap
  • Premium pay per mile when hauling placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight is placarded)
  • Lucrative Truck Driver Referral Program
  • Other accessorial pay, when applicable (i.e., stopoff pay)

Qualifications :

  • Valid Class A License
  • 12 months experience
  • No DWIs in past 7 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
  • Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, human performance evaluation
  • No reportable DOT preventable accidents in last 3 years
  • No drug test refusal or failure
