Interim Director Of Strategy Analysis And Accreditation
The Interim Director of Strategy Analysis and Accreditation reports to the Associate Vice President (AVP) for Institutional Effectiveness and leads SLCC's efforts to ensure institutional accreditation, assess mission fulfillment, and align operational planning efforts with collegewide strategic initiatives. This position manages internal research and research compliance processes (including IRB) and plays a central role in connecting evidence with action, ensuring that institutional metrics, dashboards, and assessment activities reinforce SLCC's mission and strategic priorities. The Interim Director is a collaborative leader who works across divisions to advance institutional learning, promote data-informed decision-making, and support the successful implementation of strategic and operational efficiency initiatives and priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, an understanding of accreditation and operational effectiveness, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. This is an interim position with an anticipated start date of 10 / 16 / 2025 and end date of 12 / 31 / 2025.
