Our Hardware team at Valve is highly collaborative, composed of individuals with diverse skills and extensive technical experience. We are responsible for designing, testing, manufacturing, and validating hardware that brings new experiences to life. Operating without traditional management, we collaborate to define priorities and contributions, allowing team members to self-select how they add value. As a sustaining engineer, you will analyze customer returns data, discuss manufacturing process improvements, explore cost reductions, and collaborate on design changes. The team wears multiple hats, with experienced colleagues who maintain a product-level perspective to ensure engaging and exciting products for our customers.
