Corporate Attorney

The company is currently seeking individuals who can handle various legal matters within the organization. This position involves frequent communication both internally and externally, so strong communication skills are highly desired.
Responsibilities :
- Regular interaction with internal, external clients, and outside counsel.
- Maintain repository of executed agreements, legal documents, and related files.
- Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support efficiently.
- Assist in legal training and advise on compliance efforts.
- Conduct legal research as necessary.
- Assist in preparing documents for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contacts.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications :
- Japanese bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
- Requires strong judgment, advanced skills, and initiative to independently resolve complex issues, following established processes promptly.
- Deep understanding of legal and business strategies; ability to assess impact on department or clients and propose solutions.
- Bachelor's and JD degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with capacity to manage pressure effectively.
- Self-starter who manages multiple projects with competing priorities and respects deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and exercises good judgment.
