We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join our team.
PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION :
As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and creating content in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Define and track important social media KPIs
- Film and edit social media content
- Coordinate with outside videographers and photographers for marketing content needs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign alongside our Digital Media Specialist
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends
- Use social media tools such as Canva and Sprout Social
- Map out and execute content creation days
- Brainstorm and create content for various marketing needs i.e. open houses, promotions, new communities
- Respond to DM's and comments in an engaged and timely manner
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales
- Assist with other marketing team efforts as needed, including occasional weekend or evening events
