Senior Consultant- Talent and Performance Management Reporting to our Director of Talent Management, you will be an integral leader within our Talent Management CoE.
This role will form strong consulting partnerships senior business and HR leaders to understand the business strategy and translate it into enabling talent planning strategies.
The position will enhance our organization's approach to goal setting, development plans, performance reviews, and talent planning.
It is a pivotal role in ensuring that our employees are motivated, developed, and aligned with our strategic goals. Additionally, this position will focus on life cycle listening and measurement, strategic workforce planning, and overall management of the talent lifecycle.
This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (hybrid work arrangement each week) Your key responsibilities will include :
Performance Management : Implement performance management systems and processes to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate career growth and development.
Lead performance management process and approach including communications, HRBP partnership, content / forms, tools, and resources.
Employee Life Cycle Insights : Design, implement, and analyze measures to gather employee feedback across various stages of the employee life cycle (e.
g., onboarding, engagement, exit).
- Strategic Workforce Planning : Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives, including forecasting talent needs and succession planning.
- Selection and Assessment : Develop and validate selection tools (e.g., assessments) to ensure the hiring of candidates who fit job requirements and organizational culture.
- Consultation and Collaboration : Provide expert guidance and consultation to HR partners and business leaders on talent-related decisions, including selection, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Data Interpretation and Presentations : Analyze listening and assessment data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving employee experience, engagement, and performance.
- Project Management : Lead and manage projects related to talent management and HR measurement, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Education / Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required. Master's degree (I / O Psychology, MBA, or MA Human Resources) preferred.
- Proven experience in talent management, HR management, or a related field, with at least 8+ years of experience.
- Sound understanding of talent management strategies, strategic workforce planning and employee engagement techniques.
- Working knowledge of statistical methods and tools used in talent management (flight risk, validation studies and talent insights (e.
