Customer Service Representative - Marshall Customer Service Representative - Marshall Summary Title : Customer Service Representative - MarshallID : 2123 Description Arisa Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Marshall office.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One to two years of experience in a related field is required. The person who fills this position will be scheduling appointments for clients, verifying insurance, and completing admission paperwork.
Other duties include managing the physicians' schedules, answering phones, and providing customer support in a professional manner.
Collecting client payments and assisting in medical records will also be required. As part of the Arisa Health service delivery system, the Customer Service Representative will provide an interactive, welcoming response to all inquiries for service by engaging clients in a supportive, non-judgmental way.
We require experience working with the public, and medical office scheduling experience is preferred. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are required, as well as good time management, organizational, computer, and presentation skills
