Summary :

Supervises daily staff activities for the Food Services department.

Responsibilities :

Coordinates and supervises staffing assignments based on daily volumes.Ensures staff compliance with all regulatory food and employee safety, sanitation requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies.

Assists leadership with planning, coordinating, and performing various duties.Provides leadership, orientation, training, mentoring and coaching to staff.

Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.Handles and resolves complex issues and complaints to enhance employee and patient satisfaction.

Performs staff responsibilities to fulfill departmental needs, when necessary.

Education and Certification Requirements :

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
