Traveling Superintendent
K.J. Mirman Construction Co Inc was established in 1991 and is family owned and operated. We are currently seeking a full-time traveling Construction Superintendent to manage the construction of Retail, Office, and Restaurant projects throughout US.
Primarily east of the Mississippi River)
Job Type : Full-time, on-site with required travel
Pay : Starting at $75,000 per year
Job duties / responsibilities :
- Responsible for coordination of construction projects (including subcontractors and suppliers)
- Oversees completion of all aspects of on-site construction activities
- Responsible for keeping construction projects on required timeline and within allowed budget (per plans and specifications assigned to the job) while maintaining quality standards
- Effectively communicates with clients, landlords and building officials
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a superintendent or lead tradesman
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of computers
