About the Role :

As a Marketing Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include :

• Greeting incoming and outgoing customers in person, by phone, or email.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers professionally and courteously.
• Answering any technical questions regarding the latest mobile technology.
• Commuting to local retail cell phone sales centers to promote our services (Verizon, AT&T, T Mobile, Spirit etc.)
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
• Contributing to the overall success of the organization by achieving related results.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
• Supporting an organization that values diversity and actively engages with diverse people, perspectives, and ideas.
• Recognizing the importance of inclusion in achieving our best outcomes.
• Applying your knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and self-development.
• Staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Work hours : Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 PM.
• Pay scale : $13 to $15 per hour (Part-time)
• With a starting pay of $13 to $15 per hour, and the chance to earn uncapped bonuses and commissions, you can look forward to a rewarding career with us.
• Top performers could earn an average $600 to $800 worth of commissions and bonuses for sales and services monthly.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the management team.

• Reliable transportation to commute to various sales centers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
