Train and supervise staff on customer service standards and expectations. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory control, and cash handling. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment. Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees. Motivate and inspire staff to provide exceptional customer service. Address performance issues and provide coaching and feedback. Monitor sales and labor costs to ensure profitability. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce expenses. Prepare and analyze financial reports. Community Engagement : Participate in community events and initiatives. Build relationships with local businesses and organizations. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a fast-casual or casual dining environment. Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
