Position Overview :
We’re looking for a passionate, growth-oriented team player to join our team! The Sales Analyst plays a crucial role in partnering with the Sales Team, developing, updating and analyzing reports with actionable items to track business performance.
As you progress in the role, the role requires someone with a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analytic tools who can provide insights to drive growth and improve sales performance.
Responsibilities :
Assist in the development / maintenance of reports for business analysis, distributor program recaps, inventory, and goals’ achievement.
Provide timely and accurate daily / weekly / monthly reports along with commentary and recommendations to Executive, Sales and Finance Teams.
- Creation and update of daily, weekly and monthly reports (depletions, new product trackers, inventory reports, shipments, revenue reports, etc.)
- Provide assistance to VP of Sales / Regional Sales Manager with actionable business analysis
- Collaborate and develop templates & reporting tools to monitor business performance, driving simplification and standardization
- Prepare monthly Executive Management package with commentary and recommendations
- Assist in creation of Sales meeting presentations
- Manage iDig, and KARMA for data accuracy and completeness as well as provide training and onboarding to new team members
- Analyze iDig and KARMA data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to sales team and management
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and systems
- Adhoc reporting as needed

Required Education and Experience
- BA / BS degree with 3 to 4 years of experience
- Preferred Beverage Alcohol Industry or CPG, wine knowledge is a plus
- Understanding and ability to improve reporting efficiency, processes and forecasting
- Excellent organizational / project management skills
- Good communication skills and written skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Travel
Able to occasionally travel
Compensation :
Base salary range : $70,000 / yr. - $85,000 / yr. exact compensation may vary based on skills, experiences, and location.
Physical Requirements :
Requires the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, working with computers and other office equipment
