• Want more? Oversee various departments, manage budgets, resolve guest issues it’s all in a day’s work.
• And the best part? This is a stepping-stone to even bigger things. General manager, operations manager, corporate roles the sky’s the limit.

Are You the One?

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a proven track record of high performance in Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Engineering functional areas.

You know how to maximize performance and uphold quality standards, all while ensuring our guests are beaming from ear to ear.

What We Need from You

• Citizenship or a valid work permit.
• A minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience with a similar brand is a plus.
• Ability to lead Guest Satisfaction Initiatives.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Extra Brownie Points For :

• Experience with hotel Accounting & HR responsibilities.
• A track record of driving and meeting Guest Satisfaction Scores.
• A knack for consistently exceeding revenue and guest expectations.
• Ability to manage change effectively.
• Superb communication skills.
• Experience training and developing others for promotion.

Educational Requirements :

A BA / BS 4-5 year degree or foreign equivalency is required.
