Entry Level: Sales
We are seeking a candidate who excels at identifying and addressing the needs of both new and existing customers. In this role, you will be a key advocate for our clients, ensuring their success with our product through effective communication and collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate across departments to align on customer success initiatives and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to gain insights into their needs and goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess customer engagement and identify growth opportunities within our platform.
- Oversee reporting on customer account health and proactively address any challenges.
Qualifications :
- Experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer relationships.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
