Job Overview
The Social Media Coordinator position supports internal business partners with implementation of social media efforts, maintains AltaMed location listings, and takes lead in monitoring and responding to reviews on digital platforms such as, but not limited to, Google My Business, Yelp, and Glassdoor.
The Social Media and Online Reputation Coordinator uses social media and online review platforms with the purpose of informing, growing audience, assisting with service recovery and promoting services.
He or she communicates effectively with both organizational leaders and community members to ensure patient / community concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
This role supports all efforts to elevate the AltaMed Health Services mission and strategic goals through impactful story telling across all digital channels.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish desirable.
Compensation
$53,131.52 - $66,414.40 annually

This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
