Position Overview :
Our team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Sales Business Development with expertise in the mobile device, automotive, or data center sectors to join our team .
The ideal candidate will be proven to manage and grow key accounts, like APPLE, Google, Tesla, and Nvivida...particularly within global markets.
This individual will be critical in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within the automotive, data center, and AI-related industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue, improve profitability, and foster long-term relationships with global customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of customers’ business needs and technical requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, ensuring consistent and productive communication.
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including contract negotiations, regular business reviews, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the existing customer base, and explore potential partnerships or collaborations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to automotive and data center sectors.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to enhance business development efforts and expand market reach.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the automotive or data center industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage and grow key global accounts.
- Solid understanding of automotive and AI industry trends, particularly about auto cable / connectors and high-speed cable applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Established relationships with key industry players such as Nvidia, Tesla, Apple, Meta, and Google are highly desirable.
