Hampden Ave Floor : 2nd Building : Main Hospital building General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - 504 Number of Staff 68 (total- pharmacists +techs) Type of staff : o Day Shift IV room pharmacist, 2 central pharmacists, 1 satellite OR pharmacist, 3 rounding ICU pharmacists, 2 med surg pharmacists, oncology pharmacist, ID pharmacist o Night Shift IV room pharmacist, 2 central pharmacists, 1 satellite OR pharmacist, ED pharmacist Patient Ratios N / A Type of equipment - Vigilanz clinical pharmacist workflow, Dose Edge cleanroom equipment and software EMR - meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Colorado pharmacist license Hospital pharmacist experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Pharmacy residency experience- PGY1 Board certification, Ie : BCPS List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Order verification, medication dispensing and verification Communication with nursing, providers and pharmacy staff Best personality Fit : We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and enjoys coming to work We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, has a great work ethic, and wants to practice at the top of their license Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
