Financial Services Representative
The Opportunity with The Nuckolls Agencies :
We are rapidly growing our presence in the Ozark / Springfield area 2024 we have grown over 60% and this will be our 11th consecutive year of growth.
We are looking for people to help us handle this growth! We have full-time Financial Services Representative positions as well as Management positions available.
We offer full training and mentorship If you have no experience in our industry. Our systems and mentorship programs are second to none, and you will learn and succeed side-by-side with a mentor who is 100% concerned with your growth and success.
We work in a fast-paced team environment, and we have FUN doing it! Life and health insurance licenses are a plus, but not a requirement for consideration.
A Day in the Life :
Reps use our propriety lead management system to meet with business owners and key decision-makers to discuss life and supplemental health benefits for their employees.
This is a Monday through Friday 8 : 00 to 5 : 00 position. Our programs are unique to the industry and are a win-win opportunity for the community we serve.
How you are compensated :
Average first-year income for a Financial Services Representative with The Nuckolls Agencies is a commission structure that earn on average $68,000-$75,000 in their first year.
Management roles can earn $125,000+!. There is also an opportunity for growth in owning your own agency. Accounts that you manage with The Nuckolls Agencies are your clients and can yield rewarding relationships both professional and financial.
In addition to great initial income, you are paid residual income for the lifetime of our programs, with 100% lifetime vesting after 10 years of service.
