Job description
Forest Hills Place is seeking a Maintenance Tech to work fulltime hours at our assisted living facility. The job may also include occasional PRN work in emergency situations.

Responsibilities :
Here is a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech
- Perform general maintenance duties, such as fixing wall covers, floor covers and fixtures, light plumbing work, minor electrical repair.
- Receive service request and response in a timely manner.
- Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
- Perform minor building and equipment repairs
- Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
- Understanding Regulations within a SNF and / or AL.
