Director Corporate Communications

AAA is hiring for a Director, Corporate Communications to join our team! This position is responsible for directing and overseeing the organizations communication function; executing communication strategies designed to disseminate corporate information or message building; and enhancing AAA Club Alliances identity, reputation and image among internal and external stakeholders.

This role develops the annual communication plan and supporting programs and materials to achieve favorable consideration of the companys vision and mission, business goals and objectives. The Director serves as the central point of contact for all corporate-level communication to assure overall coordination and drive a higher level of Associate understanding, engagement and alignment across the company creating a dynamic culture that fosters teamwork and transparency. This role also champions the use of data and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence to enhance the reach, effectiveness, and efficiency of corporate communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience needs.

• The starting base compensation for this position is : $103,086-$180,453
