CUTE CAKES Bakery & Cafe in Escondido, is looking for someone with a positive upbeat attitude to join our talented team of individuals.
NOW HIRING - FRONT OF HOUSE / CAFE SUPPORT
As a Cafe team member you are responsible for selling by providing exceptional customer service. Southern Hospitality is at our core so maintaining a high level of customer service is must.
Essential Functions for the Cafe support team include greeting and establish rapport with customers, proactively engaging them in conversations about our Cafe products, services, and promotions to determine their needs and recommend the right products.

Duties included but not limited to :
- Take customer orders, gather items, deliver food to customer tables
- Prepare hot and cold drinks including Espresso based in accordance with customer needs. WILL TRAIN
- Clean and bus cafe tables to ensue seating is clean and ready for customers
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Bag and haul trash to dumpsters and recycling bin
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Physical demands of the job include but are not limited to :
- Standing and walking during entire shift
- Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring and carrying supplies
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight as needed
