Seeking a BE / BC general neurologist to join our team in Beautiful East Texas.
Details :
- As a faculty position, opportunities for research and teaching are available
- Currently 5 Neurologist (3 Neurohospitalist, 1 general, 1 movement disorder specialist.) We are hoping to add 1 more general and one additional movement disorder.
- 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient
- Monday-Friday (8 : 00-5 : 00)
- High patient volume due to expanding practice
- Patients : 18+ years old, 12-18 new and follow up mix per day
- Call : Shared night call coverage with outpatient and inpatient physicians. One weekend call every other month inpatient.
- Neurology Residency starting in
- Opportunity to teach and work with residents
- Ideal candidate : EEG and EMG / NCU skills preferred
- Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 1 Trauma Center
