Spiral Solutions is seeking a Command and Control (C2) Air Force Analyst - Senior to join our team!
Location : Nellis, AFB Nevada
This position is contingent upon contract award
Requirements
Required Experience :
Expertise specializing in USAF C2; however, experience with any other service C2 platform is acceptable.
- Operational level experience with preference to candidates with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD and Service level staff;
- Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet mission requirements;
Understanding of current service C2 capabilities to include communication / tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; and
At least eight (8) years of military experience of demonstrated relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
Desired Experience :
- Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;
- Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;
Training and certification as a PMP is highly recommended for individuals lacking desired military leadership experience; and
At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience.
Duties Include :
Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;
Conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity; and
Working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
