Paseo Ranch Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our orthodontic office, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients.

Job Description :
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist patients in understanding and accepting recommended treatment plans
- Coordinate treatment plans with the doctor to meet the needs of both the patient and the practice's schedule
- Handle patient inquiries, including explaining treatment options and related costs
- Negotiate financial arrangements with patients or responsible parties
- Handle all treatment paperwork, including consent forms and insurance forms
- 30-34 hours per week
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and act with professionalism
- Must love working with kids
