Qualifications :
- Active Secret clearance
- 5+ years of experience in DoD or Government budget roles, including tracking and reporting current execution in a readable, easy to understand format
- 5+ years of performing detailed budget analysis providing solid, data informed options to senior leaders
- Experience with Army or Joint budgets in a Resource Manager role with large complex budgets, such as $50M+
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms, including BI and Apps
- Experience with creating Program Objective Memorandums (POMs)
- Experience with creating organizational Spend Plans
- Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
- Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Program Level II / III (DoDFMCP)
- 4+ years of experience with budget reporting through General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
- Experience managing both Army funds and Joint funds, and analyzing exercise budgets
- Joint Professional Military Education Phase I / II
